I can't thank Donna Concannon and Sean Cancannon enough. They are really great and wonderful to work with. I needed a realtor in New Smyrna Beach and I live in Pennsylvania. I was lucky enough to come across NSB Homes and called. I first spoke with Donna and explained how I was interested in buying a home in Florida but had to do everything long distance. Donna was great and walked me through step by step of what needed to be done on my end. Once I got through the first part I was then transferred over to Sean. He was great and walked me through the last few steps giving me contacts for both a title company as well and an insurance agent. After everything was ready and a settlement date was confirmed we then went on to a settlement with no problems whatsoever. Again thank you so much Donna and Sean for everything!!!
