Following the 2021 Champlain Towers South tragedy in Miami, Florida condominium associations were required to complete formal structural condition assessments by licensed engineers. Golden Arms complied with this requirement and obtained an updated engineering evaluation.

The engineer’s report recommended several structural and envelope improvements to be completed within a defined timeframe, including:

Repair and replacement of concrete affected by spalling
